Carlisle Players selected to represent Great Britain Youth Squad.

 

Carlisle players Daniel Barker and Mathew Little have been selected to represent Great Britain Youth Squad in a forth coming tournament in Bulgaria (end of July) with Robert Powley being selected as a reserve squad member.

This is a massive achievement for the 3 players as over the last 3 years they have been training in theNational Academy and were recently selected into the GB Youth Squad to train. With a lot of hard work to come over the coming months, the boys are training towards next years European Championships and hopefully the World Championships the following year.

Nikki Powley has also been selected into the GB Youth Girls Squad and as the boy is undergoing intense training towards European and World Championships.

On top of this the following club players are now attending the National Academy in the hope that they can achieve the level of success the 4 GB Youth player’s have-
